Duarte is an osteopathic practitioner with a Kinesiology degree from the University of British Columbia. After graduating, he completed further specialization to become a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and spent over a decade working in hospital, clinical, gym, occupational, and home settings.
He later completed the six-year program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy, broadening his expertise in treating musculoskeletal, visceral, and nervous-system conditions. His long history in competitive soccer—and the injuries that followed—shaped his commitment to understanding human movement. He is focused on delivering impactful, rehabilitative care so that his clients can better re-establish healthier movement patterns through education and guidance to reduce the risk of re-injury.
Outside his clinical practice, Duarte plays soccer, volunteers at his local church, and dedicates time to his wife and daughter while continuing his professional and personal development.
