Duarte’s interest in osteopathy began long before he knew the word for it. Years of competitive soccer -- and the injuries that followed -- taught him how easily the body can lose balance and how powerful the right guidance can be in restoring it. That insight continues to shape how he sees movement, strain, and resilience in every client he supports.

Before studying osteopathy, Duarte spent over a decade as a clinical exercise physiologist across hospitals, rehabilitation clinics, gyms, and home settings. Those years sharpened his eye for the subtle details -- how someone rises from a chair, takes a first step, or compensates when something isn’t moving well.

His osteopathic training built on that foundation, giving him a broader lens to understand how the musculoskeletal and nervous systems interact. Clients often describe his approach as steady and attentive, with the sense that their story is being fully understood.

Duarte believes effective care goes beyond easing discomfort. His work focuses on helping clients rediscover healthier movement patterns so their bodies feel capable and resilient. Education, hands-on treatment, and clear biomechanical insight guide every session.

Outside the clinic, he continues his study of health sciences, spends time in the garden, and enjoys life with his wife and daughter.
